Pro Hardwood Floors did an exceptional job that exceeded all our expectations. Nhan, the proprietor, was prompt and efficient, completing the work in no time. Despite the poor condition of the wooden floors beneath our carpets, Pro Hardwood Floors managed to transform them completely, making them appear as though they were new. This has given our home a completely new look, and we'll undoubtedly be enlisting Pro Hardwood Floors' services again in the future.

From the beginning, Nguyen exhibited a high level of professionalism by promptly responding to my inquiry about my floor within an hour. After a few days, we set up a consultation appointment where he demonstrated his knowledge on the type of wood that my floor was made of, comparing and contrasting it to other wood floors in the house. His informative nature along with his fair pricing made him an ideal choice for the project. True to his word, the project was completed within the 2 day time frame that he promised. The results were remarkable, especially since my carpet had been around for over 20 years. I plan on utilizing his services in the future for another room. Additionally, the gentlemen who worked with him were equally professional and courteous. I highly recommend him.

Our house looks amazing thanks to Nahn and his team's exceptional work. They removed old carpets that had been there for 30 years and beautifully finished the underlying floors, as evidenced by the pictures provided. Nahn also stayed true to our timeline and maintained excellent communication with us throughout the entire process. We're extremely satisfied with the results and highly recommend Nahn's services.

Our hardwood floors were in terrible shape after being hidden beneath carpet for years, but NGUYET was able to restore them beautifully. There were water and paint stains all over, and some boards had rotted and were pulling up. He even added a support board in the basement to eliminate the pesky bounce in one area. NGUYET is incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair with pricing. We are thrilled with the end result and highly recommend his services.
