I had an amazing experience today with One Step Movers. I needed to transport a commercial grade treadmill, weighing 600 lbs, from a lady I purchased it from about 30 miles away. At the last minute, I decided to hire them the evening before the move. The lady initially wanted me to pay her cash, which would have defeated the purpose of my trip and hiring movers. However, Nadio, the owner, went above and beyond and offered to pay her with his own money ($500) and allowed me to pay him back upon delivery of the treadmill. It's rare to find companies that prioritize customer satisfaction and are solution-oriented, but One Step Movers exceeded all expectations. Nadio and his team are young, hardworking, professional, and kind, providing exemplary service. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring assistance moving a heavy object or conducting a small to medium apartment or house move.
