I wanted to select all 5 options, but unfortunately this app only allowed me to pick 3. Within 10 minutes of submitting my request for an estimate/service, Carlos reached out to me and we arranged to meet in person just 2 hours later. After a brief 10 minute discussion about my needs and his bid, which was well below my budget, Carlos got straight to work. Although he could have completed the job within an hour, he needed to acquire a part first. However, he returned early the following day and had me up and running in less than 15 minutes. Carlos and Mike provide excellent customer service and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I will certainly be contacting Carlos for any future projects.
