As a certified expert in carpet cleaning through IICRC.org, I have a passion for making old and dirty items look brand new. My goal is always to achieve complete satisfaction through exceptional attention to detail. My most in-demand services include carpet, tile floor cleaning, and pressure washing, but I also offer a range of other services.

For carpet cleaning, my prices start at $150 for two areas, with a minimum of .75 cents per square foot for additional areas beyond that. My tile and grout cleaning starts at $150, with an additional sealing fee of $2 per square foot. I also offer color change services for grout at the same sealing price, plus materials. Pressure washing is priced at .50 cents per square foot. Additionally, there's a lead generation fee of $5 to $15, but on orders over $300, I'm happy to waive it.

When it comes to carpet and tile cleaning, I approach each job with the following method: first, we apply a complete pre-treatment solution, then spot remover treatment to eliminate stubborn spots. Next, we use a deep scrub agitation to work in the pre-treatment. We then perform Hot Water Extraction at 200-250 degrees using a powerful truck-mounted system to remove embedded soil, traffic, food, drinks, proteins, surface spots, oils, dust, and debris, offering our clients gleaming and deep-cleaned floors.

On the other hand, for pressure washing, I clean off and remove any large debris and apply pretreatment before I pressure wash the surface (at 3400 psi or less), and finish by post-cleaning the area.

I also clean hard floors for $1 per square foot and can provide handyman services for $50 per hour, plus materials. I am happy to offer services in Spanish as well. So, if any of these services interest you, feel free to contact me.
