Punctual and thorough, he provided us with detailed explanations of the entire process before commencing his work, attentively addressing our concerns and questions. Fortunately, he had all the tools necessary to complete the installation, meaning there was no waiting time. Upon completion, he even assisted us in moving the cumbersome entertainment unit upon which our TV previously rested, before tidying up the work area.
