Greetings! My name is Cory Wiedeman and I am a Personal Trainer. My educational background includes a Bachelor's of Science degree in Kinesiology, which is the study of human movement.Although the gym is important, there is more to life than just working out. Feeling great about your body can have a positive impact on other aspects of your life, such as building stronger relationships and improving work performance. A simple conversation can lead to creating better habits that last a lifetime.
At my personal training facility, you can expect a 100%-private experience without the usual gym scene and membership fees. Personal training is definitely worth it because it can create a sense of accomplishment, increased confidence and mobility, and more. I always strive to make my clients feel like friends during their sessions because I genuinely care about their results and well-being.

Hi, my name is Brenda Kramer and I have been a Personal Trainer for seven years. I have a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and am currently pursuing a Master's degree. I have been dedicated to a healthy and active lifestyle since childhood, and my passion for fitness drives me to provide the best training sessions for my clients.
During our sessions, I tailor each exercise to your goals, experience, and injury history while focusing on strength training, corrective exercise, and athletic development. I have worked with clients from all walks of life, ranging from novice lifters to athletes, and ages from adolescents to 80+ year olds. My coaching style aims to increase your confidence and inner strength, using exercise as a vehicle to achieve your goals.

Highly recommended as a trainer, Cory is simply amazing! As much as I would love to train with her regularly, it didn't fit into my lifestyle. However, Cory ensured that I was set up for success in my independent training. Initially, embarking on personal training can be daunting, but I felt at ease with Cory from the onset. She answered all my queries and customized my workouts to my fitness objectives and the equipment I had at my disposal. I wholeheartedly endorse Cory, especially if you're uncertain where to begin, or your fitness journey has stalled.

Expect the opposite experience with Cory if you have had a personal trainer in the past and felt like your goals and concerns were not genuinely heard or taken seriously. She is a seasoned professional with the expertise and knowledge to assist you in reaching your long-term aspirations in a healthy manner. Cory holds a degree in Kinesiology and comprehends the human body's anatomy and mechanics profoundly. She has an understanding of how to motivate and push one without overtraining and always ensures proper form to avoid injury.
Cory genuinely cares for her clients and their progress. Even if I needed to cancel or reschedule a session, she would prepare a workout to do on my own in the meantime. She sends me friendly reminders to stretch, which is amusing.
Nothing is worse than wanting to get in shape but being so achy and exhausted that anticipating the next workout is dreadful. After each session, I feel energized and accomplished, with a bit of soreness for a couple of days, but not excessively tired or dreading the next session. Cory has helped me regain my momentum to the point that I eagerly anticipate each workout too.
Pushing someone beyond their comfort zone while still having fun is difficult. Despite being a serious coach, Cory has a delightful sense of humor and is easy to converse with, making the workout fly by.
After only a few months of training with Cory, I can confidently say that my lower body is more potent than ever before. Furthermore, the discomfort I used to feel in my ankles, knees, and back while working out has virtually disappeared. Not only do I feel better mentally and physically, but I am also steadily making progress in my appearance and fitting into my clothing better.
Although I seldom write reviews, I genuinely believe that I am supporting anyone who reads this and decides to invest in their health and fitness by collaborating with Cory.

I have worked with a variety of trainers over the years, but working with Cory for the past month has been an incredible experience! She has a unique approach that addresses your fitness journey from every aspect. First and foremost, she sits down with you to understand your goals, after which she creates a custom fitness and food plan that is tailored to help you attain them. Her mindset about overall health is admirable, and she helps her clients create habits that last a lifetime.
Prior to working with Cory, my health had fallen down the priority list. However, she has reignited my passion for a healthy lifestyle, and our sessions have been fun along the way.
