My massage practice, Earth Air Bodywork, is unique and aims to reduce tension, tightness, and alleviate stress. It incorporates a blend of different techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Thai massage (including stretching), along with the option of Acro Massage. Sound healing and Aroma Therapy are also available for additional healing benefits. Treatment modalities will be customized based on your individual preferences and session length.My practice is built on the foundational beliefs of tension release, embodied sensation, and complete relaxation. I welcome you to experience the full scope of my offering.
