Despite the fact that the tasks I had in hand were exactly what I intended to do, I felt overwhelmed and scattered while receiving treatment. After undergoing a 60-minute CranioSacral therapy session with Ryan, I felt revitalized, reinvigorated, calm, and vigorous. Moreover, I maintained that sense of harmoniousness for several days post-treatment.

Prior to discovering CranioSacral Therapy, I was unaware of its existence. However, after experiencing it myself, I am now a believer! Ryan not only offers massage services but also performs a combination therapy which includes both massage and cranio. Without a doubt, it is fantastic!

In a short amount of time, Free Flow CranioSacral Therapy helped me resolve long-standing physical and emotional issues. Ryan's technique is tailored to each client, providing personalized treatment that catered to my needs and comfort. As a therapist, Ryan was responsive and respectful, creating a safe environment for me.
Through my experience at Free Flow CranioSacral, I have found relief from various sources of pain and discomfort, such as chronic migraines, TMJ/jaw pain, depression, anxiety, insomnia, scoliosis, fatigue, postpartum issues, and neck and shoulder pain.
