During our home inspection, David from Olshan identified the areas that required attention and advised us to monitor the other areas. We selected Olshan out of two companies for the urgent portions of the house and were delighted with the exceptional service and professionalism of David and his team. After completion of the job, everything was reinstated in a better condition than before. The Olshan crew even replanted an azalea which remained beautiful and healthy. We had a great experience with everyone from David to the laborers, and would not hesitate to utilize their services again, if needed.

Out of the two companies we considered for leveling our home, Olshan emerged as one of them. Both offered reasonable prices, with negligible differences. David from Olshan scrutinized the problematic areas and suggested keeping an eye on some others for the time being. We hired Olshan for the crucial parts of the house that required immediate attention. The laborers who came to do the job displayed significant professionalism and service. They were also friendly individuals. Overall, we are pleased with the outcome and intend to use Olshan again in the future.
