Absolutely phenomenal customer service provided by Floors By VAL! We encountered issues with our recently installed vinyl and reached out for help. Thanks to the expertise of Mike, the owner, we learned that our subfloor wasn't suitable for the vinyl flooring. Mike's crew were able to uninstall the vinyl and installed a smoother new subfloor.
