I go by Jack, and I'm part of a team of experienced technicians located in Raleigh, Oak Island, and Pinehurst. Our services cover all areas east of Greensboro, and we handle repairs and installations for all appliance makes and models. With over 20 years of experience, I guarantee quality workmanship. Our team was formerly with a national appliance repair company, but we've started our own business called Jack's and Jill Appliance RX. We're a mixed-gender team of four, and we're more than capable of fixing any appliance issue you may have.

Our diagnostic fee is $80, but we'll waive it if we perform repairs. The hourly labor rate starts at $160, and any necessary parts are charged in addition to the labor cost.
