Established in 2000, One Way Painting & more originated from the family painting business, Jones Painting Service, founded by my father in 1980. We cater to a wide range of clients and project types, with a team of professional painters who bring diverse project and construction management experience across the industrial, commercial, residential, and interior and exterior painting sectors. In addition, we provide lawn care services and more. Our track record encompasses numerous clients such as Fairfield Property Management, Louisiana State University Hospital, University Oaks Apartments, Kingston Village Apartments, Town South Apartment Complex, Illinois Apartments, and many other residential customers throughout Southern United States. Moreover, I have been a crew supervisor for Focus on Family Living weed abatement for a decade, managing a grass cutting crew of 5-10 employees. To ensure success, it is important to adhere strictly to proposed deadlines. In cases of any delays, keep the client informed of the progress. Be attentive to details and maintain a clean and safe worksite by disposing of waste every day and refraining from leaving cigarette butts or cigar wrappers lying around. Do not use clients' home bathtubs for chemical and paint storage and clean up any overspray promptly to avoid damage to unintended areas. When dealing with large projects, have reliable help and maintain a professional and tidy environment. Avoid using the central AC unit while painting, as it can damage the equipment and clog the filter. Also, avoid clogging up the toilets and leaving waste for extended periods. Ultimately, it is important to only take on jobs that can be handled and to maintain professionalism and commitment to completing tasks to the best standard possible. Failing to do so can result in a lack of accountability and unfulfilled promises, ultimately damaging the reputation of the business.
