During the visit for the quotation, he showed great awareness of time, even though he was slightly delayed by 20 minutes, he informed me beforehand. However, for the scheduled job that was supposed to begin at 10am, he did not communicate until 11am. Eventually, at noon, he claimed that his equipment had been stolen from his trailer, leading to him being unable to carry out the job. I am uncertain whether his story is true or an alibi. Nonetheless, I have offered him a three-star rating, giving him the benefit of the doubt. He exhibited an excellent understanding of the cleaning of HVAC vents and mold during the quotation visit.
