Marcelo exhibited prompt responsiveness upon receiving my inquiry, arriving at my residence only four days thereafter. He conveyed transparent and concise communication concerning pricing and how he planned to eliminate a bulky branch that was dangling in a tree located in our front yard due to storm damage. Throughout the process, he remained professional, courteous, and informative regarding the methodology and tools necessary for completing the task.
