Though the pricing was commensurate with most options, I opted against taking lessons owing to my budget constraints. Nonetheless, I was impressed by the swift responses from the provider, as I had to make a hasty decision for a gift. I do hope our decision to go with a cheaper and less experienced option will work out fine. As far as my research went, this was the best choice, but it was financially out of my reach.

As parents searching for classical piano lessons for our child, our top priority was to ensure she received excellent instruction while also developing a love of music in an enjoyable and enriching environment. We are thrilled to have found David Gleba, who embodies all of these qualities. Not only is he highly knowledgeable, but he is also kind, patient, and easy-going - a truly exceptional person. Under his guidance, our child has had an extraordinary musical experience. We couldn't be happier with our decision to choose David Gleba and highly recommend him to others seeking quality piano instruction.

Although we never arranged a lesson with Dave, I must say that every interaction we had with him was exceptional. His responses were prompt and detailed, and his sense of humor and affable nature made communicating with him a delight. We would have signed up for piano lessons with him immediately if he were located nearby. My only grievance is with the search engine on CrackerJack, which displayed Dave as an available instructor who could teach at my home, which unfortunately was not the case. It's disappointing, but I hope others will have the opportunity to experience Dave's professionalism, expertise, and enjoyable personality.

Six months ago, my husband and I embarked on a careful search for the perfect piano teacher for our 7-year-old daughter, who had no prior experience with the instrument. We recognized the immense influence a teacher can have on a beginner and apprehensively worried about our daughter's potential aversion to piano lessons. Thankfully, we stumbled upon David, who exceeded all our expectations as a music teacher. He not only possessed exceptional piano skills but also followed a systematic teaching schedule that facilitated easy learning for novices. In addition, David's expertise in music theory and composition provided my daughter with an incredibly immersive learning experience that expanded beyond the piano.
We were amazed by David's friendly and humorous personality, patient demeanor with children, and his ability to make lessons so enjoyable for our daughter. As a result, she now considers David her teacher and friend - a testament to his exceptional care for his students. David's high standards and strict approach to teaching have also spurred our daughter's impressive progress in just a few months. Today, she demonstrates a keen interest and passion for piano, much to our delight. We wholeheartedly recommend David to any parents seeking an outstanding music teacher for their similarly-aged children.

David and I first met in 1997 at the Tabor Community Arts Center, formerly of Branford, CT. He was the piano accompanist for a violin recital where he rehearsed and accompanied me and several other Tabor violin students. David's calm demeanour and sense of humour helped to ease my nervousness as a teenage violin soloist, resulting in a smile that every great performer hopes to evoke. During a break in our rehearsal, David and I discussed classical composers, where he mentioned his ability to teach composing. After our recital, I started weekly 60-minute lessons with David where he taught me harmony, counterpoint, and classical composition for several years. I began playing the violin and guitar at the time, and David's teachings allowed me to branch out further. I now play the violin, viola, cello, bass, guitar, and drums due to my understanding of music theory and harmony that I learned while studying with David. David's generosity in extending our lessons beyond the allotted time was appreciated as he taught until the concept at hand was clear. I still use everything I learned about harmony and voice leading in my teaching, composing, and musical performances today. David also shared his passion for classical composition, music, history, and other topics during our lessons. He offered insight and a keen attention to detail that continues to inspire me. Through David's teaching methods, I even learned a bit of Latin and German as he is multilingual. David's impressive piano skills left me in awe when he played a section from a memorized Mozart piano concerto with fluidity, making a masterful piece seem effortless. In addition to his talents as a composer and pianist, he also served as a church organist and choir director. Recognizing that instrumentalists who play intonation instruments have a good ear for singing in tune, David even hired me to sing for a few productions of sacred music. While I am now a working medical professional, I am grateful for the time and money that I invested in David's teaching. My musicianship significantly improved through our studies, and I continue to use music theory in my weekly violin, viola, cello, and guitar lessons, playing in an orchestra and small ensembles for weddings and other events, and writing music for clients. It is clear to me that music has paid off, and I am content with enjoying it as an aficionado while teaching, performing, and writing music as a profession. David was my only composing teacher, and it is a testament to his quality of teaching that my studies are paying off.
