My aim is to improve your physical and mental well-being by guiding you through safe and efficient movements. Pilates sessions can conveniently take place either online or in-person, and with or without equipment.

Jill is amazing! She is very attentive and assists with injuries. Her workouts are tough, but in a positive way. I work with her twice a week online, and sometimes we make use of her Reformer.
