Living in an area with a severe rodent problem, I needed to replace the insulation in my two attics to seal them and prevent rodents from inhabiting them. After much research, I interviewed and got estimates from six top-rated companies, finally selecting Attic Masters after meeting with Leo, who didn't try to upsell me and offered me any of the three insulation methods. Juan and his crew showed up on time and worked incredibly hard removing the old insulation, sealing holes with foam and covering vents with wire screen. I had discussions with Leo, Celine, and Juan about the insulation material and we settled on a hybrid of R38 batts and blown in fiberglass. The crew returned on time for part two and worked as hard as the previous day, laying batts and blowing in the fiberglass. The process went very smoothly, and the house feels cozier, the AC quieter, and, I hope, the rodents banished for good. The price was fair, the work professional, and Juan and his crew are a credit to the company. Highly recommended!
