We have employed Cerletti and Kennedy for the second time since 2016. On the first occasion, they did an addition, and this time, they did a bathroom remodeling. We are immensely pleased with our new bathrooms, and recent visitors to our home have been expressing their amazement with "Wow!" Indeed, a job well executed!

Our experience with Matt, a diligent and detail-oriented design engineer was great. Along with taking accurate measurements and technical drawings, he actively listened to our ideas, brainstormed and brought our vision to life. Matt's design was flawless down to the finishes such as cabinet and drawer pulls and handles. We are in love with our beautiful new kitchen, including the appliances. Robert supervised the crews, and we were pleased with the coordination of the trades from demolition to final installation of plumbing, electrical, drywall, lighting, and cabinetry. The project had a slight delay of one to two weeks. Still, when the work was finally completed, it was professionally done, with the teams working diligently, being respectful of our property and polite. During 2019, Matt Kennedy and his team professionally inspected the foundation bolts and bracketing of our home, meticulously adding extra bolting to conform to current earthquake standards. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to make a 20% saving on our insurance costs, resulting in a swift payout of the project costs within two years. Most importantly, we have the assurance that our home is well-prepared for any future seismic activity.
