Upon submitting the quote request, Ivan promptly responded and arranged for technician Elecate to inspect the issue the following day. Elecate's diagnosis was provided and the problem was resolved during their subsequent visit which occurred 2 days later. The work conducted was commendable, however, it is important to note that they do not provide drywall services. I hired another professional to complete the task of creating an opening in the wall and subsequent repairs.
