Greetings! I'm Steve, a gigging musician and music educator with a 12-year experience.
Teaching students irrespective of their age or skill level is my passion. I can guide you, whether you're a beginner, aspiring to improve your reading/rudimental chops for jazz and marching band, or just looking to boost your self-confidence and comfort level behind a drum set.
Together, we'll devise a customized lesson plan to help you acquire good stick control, keep pace with other musicians, and master rudiments, grooves, fills, and everything in between!

Steve is an exceptional instructor who views his students as musicians instead of just learners. This perspective fosters motivation and inspiration in his students. Beyond the standard 30 minute lesson, Steve invests an extraordinary amount of his own time to assist his students in reaching the next level. He encourages them to practice regularly and frequently provides feedback. Due to our son's eagerness for more time under Steve's tutelage, we recently upgraded from a 30 minute to a 60 minute lesson.
