Do you want to transform your life by nurturing your body, mind, and soul with exercise? If the answer is yes, then I am the certified personal trainer that you should seek. With 15 years of experience, I understand that each person is unique and requires an individualized exercise program that suits their lifestyle and helps them achieve their desired outcomes, whether it's weight loss or general fitness. I also understand that weight loss is an intensely personal and emotional journey, so I work with clients to improve their relationship with food and exercise while addressing their emotional needs. My prices start at $60 per hour for exercise and weight loss sessions, and $90 for a 60-minute energy clearing. Please specify which session type you are interested in when contacting me, as energy clearings and exercise sessions are separate. I am looking forward to hearing from you and partnering with you on your fitness journey.
