Melcham was hired by me to renovate my bathroom from the 1950s and pastel pink, and their work was outstanding. The outcome was exactly what I had envisioned, and Cham along with his team were on time, showed respect toward my property, and were extremely efficient. Aside from tile delays, which were not their fault, the project would have been completed within two weeks. I am eager to hire them again for another renovation.

Melcham was hired to perform a complete bath remodel (excluding demolishing and miscellaneous tasks) and a stair railing/half-wall remodel in our entry. Melcham Home helped me with my garage conversion project where my aim was to create an office and a gym room. The project included installing three new windows on an existing wall, which required temporary support of the floor above and the installation of a relatively long header considering the size of the windows. Glass blocks were also used in the renovation. There was a break in the project for 1-2 months due to the high demand of Melcham Home. After the break, their team completed the electrical works, which included installing recessed lights and switches, as well as two interior prehung doors and closets. The existing garage sliding door was changed to a single door, resulting in the removal of the existing siding and new framing. Lastly, they installed wood flooring and completed trim work and painting. The end result was stunning, and I highly recommend Melcham Home for any future remodeling projects. Cham was punctual, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for the excellent job!
