Chef Maria is simply amazing and I cannot recommend her highly enough! During our stay in West Palm Beach for a bachelorette celebration, we had a special evening planned at home and Maria made it even more extraordinary. She was extremely accommodating and helpful in creating the perfect menu that accommodated our allergies. Maria even came prepared with a gorgeous tablecloth and place settings to elevate the dining experience. The authentic Italian cuisine was absolutely delicious and left us satisfyingly full with leftovers to enjoy the following day. Along with her culinary skills, Maria's professionalism and demeanor made her an absolute pleasure to work with. I am eagerly looking forward to visiting West Palm Beach again soon just to enjoy more of her delectable dishes. Thank you again, Maria!

During my vacation in Fort Lauderdale, I enlisted the services of Maria for a family dinner. I found her to be an excellent collaborator and the food exceeded all expectations! To begin, we elected for caprese salad and meatballs. For the main course, we indulged in ricotta and spinach stuffed shells, short ribs and branzini accompanied by a lovely salad and an array of fresh bread. Our grand finale was a heavenly tiramisu which we collectively agreed was the best we have ever had. Maria was a consummate professional, highly responsive, reasonably priced, punctual and took care of every detail. I cannot recommend her highly enough and would award her more than 5 stars if I could.

Chef Maria made a Christmas gift wish a reality! My parents were treated to a pasta-making class and enjoyed the rest of their sumptuous dinner, expertly prepared by Maria. The joy on my parents' faces was palpable throughout the experience. Maria and I collaborated on a personalized menu for them, and her enthusiasm to create a memorable evening for them was evident. The feedback was outstanding, and I eagerly anticipate having her over again! She offered a delightful culinary experience and was a delightful person to be around!

If you desire a tasty but informal Italian cuisine, search no more! Maria exhibited professionalism and promptness from our initial interaction. She assisted in creating the menu, accommodated timing requests, and came equipped with all necessary supplies - she even brought her own pasta bowls, aware that our Airbnb lacked the appropriate ones! Additional small servings were offered with every dish, making for a truly unique dining affair.

Maria was exceptional in every way. She not only assisted us with menu planning and table decoration setup, but also demonstrated remarkable attention to detail and cooked scrumptious food for our 3-course meal. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Maria to anyone.
