My house's exterior was painted by Monarch. The painters were impressive; they replaced the damaged siding with new siding while keeping the cost down, and they cleaned up after themselves. They even returned to touch up some areas that were not mentioned to them beforehand. However, there seemed to be a communication issue between the estimator and the painters, and I had to remind them of some things that I discussed with the estimator. During the final walk-through, the estimator's assistant pointed out some areas that the painters did not know about. Although I received some great advice on paint colors and the colors looked amazing, Monarch was not always prompt in their communication and scheduling. Furthermore, the gutter guy left metal shards around my house, which was not handled effectively. Despite this, I am pleased with the work done by Monarch and would recommend them to others with the caveat that communication needs improving. The manager even called me to address my concerns, which I found impressive.

During the final weeks of August 2020, as we were in the process of selling our home, the inspection highlighted that a new roof was required due to hail damage. Luckily, Monarch Construction & Roofing proved to be incredibly efficient and provided top-notch customer service. In fact, they managed to complete the project and install a new roof within a week, just in time for the closing. Chris and Jamie deserve special recognition for playing such an integral role in the successful completion of the project.
