Nathan was punctual and efficient in his work, ensuring that the windows were spotless and the designated areas were power washed with precision. Moreover, he demonstrated adaptability and willingness to accommodate our needs.

Nathan initially offered a sum of $150 for the job, which was the quoted price in the photo. He recommended adding windows to the project, which increased the price to $250. However, I declined the suggestion and opted out of having windows installed. Nathan subsequently changed his mind and stated that he would now need to charge $200 for power washing, claiming it was his new price, despite telling me that the cost would be $150. This sudden price hike occurred on the day of our appointment. I felt uneasy about this situation as I have never experienced anyone raising their rates on such short notice. As I didn't have enough time to find someone else, it placed me in a difficult position. These kinds of business tactics are unacceptable.

The diligence of this young man is truly impressive. McCoy's Services provided outstanding assistance with our window washing requirements, and the experience was thoroughly enjoyable. I highly recommend their services and will most certainly request their help again.
