I have no reason to grumble as he arrived ahead of time and proved to be highly proficient in his work. He bailed me out when I was in a tight spot and urgently required the task to be completed. I've never witnessed such a fast response from anyone on this app as Eric delivered. He promptly examined and resolved our air conditioning problem and gladly provided us with a detailed explanation of the procedure while addressing all of our queries. Eric displayed great professionalism. On Memorial Day, he promptly arrived and elaborated on the functioning of the a/c while suggesting measures for enhancing it, namely air duct cleaning, despite the house possessing only 3" heat ducts. I wholeheartedly endorse his services.

Following a brief yet satisfying conversation, we agreed to schedule an evaluation the following day within a 7:00 to 9:00 window. He arrived on schedule, identified the problem as a problematic flame sensor, and fixed it immediately at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend EHS to anyone seeking furnace maintenance.
