Upon receiving my request for customized cabinets, Miguel was the initial responder. Soon after, we scheduled to meet in person to review the kitchen project. He arrived punctually and was affable, as well as well-informed. Nonetheless, I have yet to hear back from him, now spanning over a month. No estimate was provided nor a polite message inquiring whether or not he wished to proceed with the work. Given the effort it takes to arrange meetings, I consider a true display of professionalism to be following through with the quoting process.
