The person was very pleasant and likable. However, they were dissatisfied with the carpet installation in the threshold area. The carpet only covered one side of the tile, leaving the other side visible to the slab below. They contacted Kris and received two explanations. Firstly, the direction of the carpet weave contributed to this issue, which may have been caused by the installer's technique. Secondly, they were informed that the carpet was still under warranty and not to worry about any fraying. However, the warranty form was vague and did not include fiber content or style information. Unfortunately, Kris could not offer any solutions as the franchise had subcontracted the installer. The individual was disappointed because they had expected a smooth transition like the one shown in the last picture on the left, but Kris failed to warn them beforehand.

Her team executed an outstanding job and she went to great lengths to ensure that I was informed and satisfied with the outcome. She completed approximately 400 sq ft of floor tiling and built two bespoke showers for us. As a novice to construction, I was apprehensive of being taken advantage of. However, Kris expertly guided us through the entire process and took the time to explain all the details and costs upfront- to which she stuck by without any additional charges. Kris delivered an unbelievable price and workmanship and her customer service was exceptional! Choose Kris and you will not be disappointed with her unparalleled work ethic. Honestly, I was saddened that the job was finished as Kris was such a joy to work with. Thank you, Kris!
