Greetings to all the amazing people! My experience in the fitness industry spans over 15 years, with a decade-long practice of yoga and five years of instructing. As a 200hr RYT certified yoga instructor, I teach students ranging from 2-year-olds to those who are 102 years young. Although Vinyasa is my preferred practice, I instruct in other areas such as pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, chair yoga, kids yoga, teen yoga, athletes yoga, barre, and Yin, among others.

For me, yoga is not just a physical exercise, but a mind and body practice. If given the opportunity, I would love to work with you, either one-on-one, or as part of a small group, to achieve your goals.
