For many years, my father and I have been working closely together. I began by assisting with collecting wood scraps during weekends in middle school, but we have since progressed to constructing entire homes from the ground up. Throughout this journey, my father has instilled in me the importance of never taking shortcuts and ensuring customer satisfaction. We prioritize keeping the customer informed and involved throughout the process. When I made the decision to establish my own company, my father left his former business partner to join me.
