As a highly satisfied customer, I must begin by commending Jose on his exceptional professionalism and prompt response in scheduling an appointment. I contacted him late at night, and he was able to accommodate me by coming to our home the very next morning at 7am to clean our carpets. After informing him of the number of rooms that required cleaning, he provided me with an affordable price that was truly commendable.
Jose arrived promptly at the agreed upon time of 6:50am and wasted no time in getting started. Our carpets were in terrible condition, having not been cleaned for 17 years by the previous owner. We were extremely uncomfortable sleeping in the rooms and letting our 14-month-old child play on the floors. We were even contemplating the option of completely replacing the carpets.
