At the end of the inspection, we will notify you of necessary repairs and generate a detailed report complete with photographs of any issues of concern. This report is easy to digest, including a summary of required repairs and may provide repair cost estimates as well. This is beneficial to you, the buyer, when it comes to requesting repairs or credits from the seller.
To further ensure your peace of mind, we offer a 90-day limited warranty on every full non-discounted inspection we perform. ESW Home Inspections is a licensed and insured company that is also a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
