I scheduled an appointment yesterday and arrived this afternoon. He called to inform us that he could come early, if we preferred, and promptly arrived at our residence. The repair was completed in his van and finished within 20 minutes. He was a lifesaver, especially since all establishments are closed due to CV-19.

In under an hour from my initial message, he arrived at my worksite, replaced my screen, and accomplished the job without delay. He was not only quick and efficient, but he was also fun to talk to. His exceptional customer service was definitely worth the expense.
