I had a great experience with M & M, although I mistakenly ordered the wrong shower kit. I purchased the kit designed for a shower-only renovation, when in reality, I needed the one for a shower/tub combination. That being said, M & M impressively went out of their way to not only return the original kit and obtain a refund, but also procured the correct kit and even delivered and installed it at my home. Their service went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them.
