We offer a one-stop shop for all your remodeling needs, eliminating the need to coordinate multiple trades. You are assigned one point of contact who will handle every aspect of your project. Our services include interior and exterior painting, cabinet renovation, non-load bearing framing, sheetrock, texture, wood and tile flooring, carpet installation, bathroom and kitchen remodels, electric-to-gas cooktop conversion, and installation of island chimney vent hoods. Our new patio extension is absolutely delightful, and we owe a lot of that to Rays and his team, who proved to be wonderful partners throughout the project. Notably, they were very mindful of our budget and managed to achieve a fantastic result while staying well within our financial limitations. One thing that really set them apart from other contracting firms we've dealt with was their policy of not requiring any advance payment for their labor. Instead, they would purchase the necessary materials as needed and present us with receipts on the same day. Only after we were entirely satisfied with the final outcome did they request payment in full, which was a refreshing change from the industry standard of taking a 50% advance and dragging out the project. These guys are truly professional, and we plan on using their services for any future remodeling needs. In fact, we've already recommended them to our neighbors!
