When booking our services, please provide us with your full name, email for receipts and pricing, the best emergency contact phone number, and the address of the plumbing issue. Our licensed plumber will arrive within the following windows:
Monday to Friday:
- 10 am to 12 pm
- 12 pm to 2 pm
- 2 pm to 4 pm
- 4 pm to 6 pm
Weekends or after-hours:
- For emergencies that can be resolved on the same day.
You will receive a notification via email and text message 30 minutes before arrival, unless otherwise specified. Our company sends email alerts to keep you informed of your arrival window and updates.
Invoices are paperless, but if our processing system is down, we'll handle it manually.

Gas leaks were discovered, prompting Atmos to shut off the gas supply. Three plumbers recommended repiping all joints in the attic. Upon arriving at my house, Chris discovered that the main leak was located outside. While others quoted 12k for the repiping job, Chris completed the task for only 5k by replacing the outside pipes.
