Trimcraft’s John was hired to install baseboard throughout my entire condo and case all of the doors. Working with John was an absolute pleasure. He visited our location to provide the estimate and took the time to understand our requirements, offering various options that we hadn’t considered before. This was something the other three contractors we got quotations from failed to do. John provided samples for us to evaluate before our final selection, going above and beyond. John was exceptional during the actual work. He is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work and makes customer satisfaction his top priority. He went the extra mile by fixing mistakes made by other contractors, re-hanging and adjusting all the doors I had hung myself to ensure the installation of trim and casings was perfect. John was also very accommodating to our schedules, especially my wife, who sleeps during the day because of night work. He worked quietly during her sleeping hours and adjusted his schedule to fit around my conference calls. Upon completion of the job, John walked through the whole condo with me, ensuring I was happy with everything. He took the time to educate me on how to caulk and spackle the trim and provided advice on painting it. Furthermore, he offered to fix any issues that may arise if I contacted him. To summarise, I would highly recommend John for his exceptional quality of work and reasonable pricing. If you want a hasty and cheap job done, then John might not be your best choice. However, if you want quality work that meets your requirements, Trimcraft’s John is definitely the man to pick!
