I reached out to Mr. Howard for aid in drafting a prenuptial agreement for my client. Despite being compensated for his services more than two years ago, we have recently discovered that he neglected to submit the agreement to the courthouse. This is an egregious error, compounded by his complete unresponsiveness to our attempts to contact him via phone, email, and messaging. He seems to have vanished without a trace.
