We had the pleasure of having Robert construct a stunning stucco wall measuring 7ft in height and 200ft in length, running along our property line. Throughout the project, Robert maintained excellent communication by consistently keeping us informed about the scheduling and progress. He and his team adhered to the agreed-upon timeline and finished the job within the expected timeframe. Based on our experience, I highly recommend Robert and his team for any contracting projects you may have.

The rear of my home now boasts a stunning covered patio thanks to the expert craftsmanship of Robert. He executed the job with great professionalism, efficiency, and well within the allocated budget. My patio is not only aesthetically pleasing but also built to last. My interaction with Robert has been nothing short of delightful, and I am thrilled to recommend him to my loved ones. Robert, I appreciate your dedicated efforts. Thank you so much.

The project was a straightforward 7 ft. by 7 ft. room addition with one entrance. During the construction process, we faced a few significant issues that gave us pause: 1. The door was hung incorrectly, requiring the crew to take it down multiple times at our request to get it right. 2. One of the walls was noticeably out of alignment with the existing structure. In their efforts to correct this issue, the crew spent several weeks adding drywall mud to the wall. Unfortunately, this resulted in a wall that was bumpy and uneven. 3. The HVAC technician who wired the room was not certified as an electrician. This resulted in a short in the wiring that could have led to a fire. Fortunately, the contractor hired an electrician (Mr. Electric) to fix the issue by removing the faulty wiring. 4. The crew cut the carpet to the wrong size and then used tape to patch it together. The carpet cushion was also missing, and there were dried paint stains on it. Thankfully, the contractor remedied this issue by replacing the carpet. 5. The crew's work hours were inconsistent, sometimes working for only four hours or absent from the job site altogether. 6. We became concerned about our safety due to the crew's habit of leaving tools, failing to cover furniture, and neglecting to vacuum drywall dust. 7. As of August, the project still remains unfinished after starting in June. The contractor informed us that we would just have to be patient until the crew completed the job, leaving scaffolding and debris spread throughout our living space.

Their ability to review my project in my absence and spend close to an hour on the phone discussing cost-effective measures to tackle a distinctive concrete foundation problem was greatly appreciated. They possess strong ethics and exhibit high responsiveness.
