Kailye was hired to photograph our friend's birthday party and from the beginning, her communication and professionalism assured us she would be a great choice. A mutually convenient call was scheduled to address our expectations and hers, before Kailye sent over a DocuSign agreement and deposit invoice that could be paid online via credit card - a very convenient option. On the day of the event, Kailye arrived as promised and interacted engagingly with the birthday girl and guests. She also cooperated with our request to delay the birthday girl's entrance while we waited for guests. Three days later, Kailye sent us a link with the edited photos for download and we were delighted with the results.
