Dave provided exceptional service for our snow plowing and shoveling needs. He was incredibly responsive and did an outstanding job clearing the snow, using the perfect equipment for our narrow driveway. Additionally, his colleague expertly shoveled our sidewalk and walkway leading to the front porch. We highly recommend Dave's services!

The team was highly skilled and maintained excellent communication throughout the project to ensure my satisfaction with their work. Their knowledge and expertise are impressive, and I would certainly consider hiring them for future tasks.

Dave was hired to build a raised deck with a roof, fencing, a stone patio, and excavation for under-deck parking. However, everything that could go wrong did. The project, which was estimated to take 2 weeks, took 4 months. The sewer line was hit twice in the same day, despite the location being known. The repair was charged extra but needed to be redone 4 months later due to incorrect installation, causing sewage to enter the basement. The rubber T-connection was also installed backwards and collapsed. This was discovered at the last minute, causing the cancellation of guests coming to stay. The drain in the basement was torn out and never replaced. The metal roof was caulked instead of adding flashing, which had to be argued for weeks. Oversized gates were installed on the fence without consent. The crooked post had to be repaired twice. The French drain was broken during excavation and covered up instead of being repaired, causing it to need repair later on. Due to all these issues, a professional plumber needs to inspect the work, and the basement needs professional cleaning. The project was carried out without a project manager, leading to countless mistakes, countless hours spent, and frustration. While the workers may not have had bad intentions, their workmanship was lacking. Photos are attached to show proof. It's best to save yourself the long-lasting grief.

This was my initial attempt at engaging a professional landscaping service and I must say that David and the Sunshine Valley crew exceeded my expectations. David was attentive to my specifications and provided valuable advice and recommendations. The tasks involved transplanting and planting trees and shrubs, besides repairing my driveway by levelling it out and adding more gravel. The team completed the entire job within a day, showed kindness and professionalism throughout and the outcome was satisfactory and worth the cost. Without a doubt, I would consider hiring them again.

Upon reaching out for assistance, SVL&C exhibited swift responsiveness and ensured that the task was accomplished efficiently. Despite being unable to attend to my needs on the day of the tempest, they maintained regular correspondence and carried out an admirable job in clearing the snow.
