My initial experience with CrackerJack was disappointing. Although I was optimistic about finding a reliable handyman, I am uncertain if I will return to this app. Patrick departed before finishing the task at hand, and the dimmer switch was not wired correctly. Additionally, he neglected to put back my dining room furniture and the cover/door over my attic. It seemed to me that once he received payment, he was eager to move on to his next job. Although I dislike leaving negative feedback, I was dissatisfied with the incomplete and unsatisfactory work.

I had a new water heater installed by Patrick and I must say, I am impressed with the quality of his work. The installation was done in a very clean and professional manner. I wouldn't hesitate to engage his services again for any other work. I highly recommend him.

My bathroom was fitted with two vessel sinks by Patrick who did an excellent job. He was friendly and readily available. I would certainly hire him again.

He's a nice fellow who fixed two problematic old toilets and made them work efficiently. I will certainly hire him again for his quality work and reasonable rates.

This was my initial time hiring from CrackerJack and the experience was positive. The prompt and punctual handyman efficiently installed my shower handrails to satisfaction.
