Although the photographer was really good, I haven't had any contact with her since my wedding in October.

She displayed exceptional sweetness towards my mother and me while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The photographs captured for my senior yearbook are of superb quality. However, the tardiness in responding to texts is slightly concerning. Nevertheless, she did an outstanding job overall!

Extremely timely and proficient

The response time was unacceptably slow. It took multiple days to receive a reply. Inquiring if there were further inquiries or suggestions, we promptly replied but are yet to receive a response.
