We had arranged for a thorough cleaning and I had spoken to Katheryn on the evening of 12/29 to confirm everything. She seemed to be on board and all set. On the morning of 12/30/2022, she informed me that she would be running an hour late and would arrive around 2:00 p.m. I had no issue with this as I understand that delays can happen. However, it is currently past 4:00 p.m. and I have yet to receive any updates from her despite trying to contact her via text and CrackerJack messaging. Given that my husband and I have been busy, working unusual hours, and were desperately counting on her assistance, it has been extremely frustrating. To make things worse, we have visitors arriving in three hours.

Katheryn's work was outstanding as she went above and beyond. Her communication skills demonstrated her attentiveness and consideration for her clients' time. She had a professional demeanor with a gentle disposition. We are ecstatic to have her return and we were extremely satisfied with her performance.

Katheryn lent a hand with miscellaneous tasks that I couldn't squeeze into my work routine. She exhibits outstanding cleaning skills and is extremely meticulous.
