On my first experience with CrackerJack, I decided to hire Mr. Juan for my flooring project. My goal was to extend the existing laminate to cover the entire living room area. Mr. Juan was highly responsive and always punctual for our appointments. Furthermore, he was refreshingly transparent about his proposed solution and the challenges he faced with my floor (as it's tough to come across an honest tradesman nowadays). Our biggest obstacle was sourcing the right planks to match my 5-year-old laminate, but we found them thanks to a vendor. Once the necessary supplies were secured, Mr. Juan performed his magic and successfully removed the carpeting. Now, you'd hardly know where the old flooring ends and the new flooring begins - it's practically a dance floor! To top it off, he even kindly repaired a hole I accidentally made while removing some mold.

Our bathroom had a leakage issue that ruined the floor and it required immediate replacement. Juan reached out to me that same evening and we arranged an appointment for him to inspect the work involved and provide us with a quote for the time and expenses.
