Construction Process

-Initial Home Consultation:
Our project manager visits your domicile during this phase to discuss design ideas and needs, ensuring that both parties share the same vision before preparing the project proposal.

-Proposal Revisions & Consent:
Once the proposal is scrutinised and approved, a meeting is set up with our project team at our design centre to execute the agreement and discuss next steps. We require only $1,000 to start the project. Invoicing is only given when work is completed.

-Design Plan Refinements:
After we finalise the first draft of the design plans and 3D renderings, we meet to showcase the finished product and the material selections.

-Construction Begins:
After the materials are chosen and delivered to your address, construction proceeds. Don't worry; debris containers are set up, and the construction site is safeguarded against destruction, and the area is cleaned every day. Just relax and let us handle everything.

-Weekly Client Project Reviews:
Your project manager will meet with you weekly to discuss how the project is going and to address any concerns or issues.

-Handover:
After the project is completed, we schedule a walk-through to observe all final renovations.
