The team consisted of two individuals who did a fantastic job cleaning. They put in extra effort, although they overlooked a few small spots, but the house looks amazing in general. They would have received a perfect score, but they arrived two and a half hours late due to car troubles, which is understandable. However, it would have been helpful if they had given me a quick call to let me know they were running behind schedule by two hours.

The staff arrived punctually and gave me a heads up via text when they were en route as well as who to expect. The cleaning team arrived in a labeled company vehicle and did a fantastic job cleaning the baseboards and glass shower doors, leaving me very impressed. Their work was so impeccable that my 13-year-old daughter mistook the glass for an open door and bumped into it. Needless to say, I have already scheduled them for another appointment in two weeks. 😅
