It gives me immense pleasure to have come across a reliable technician, Manny, from M&R, who recently performed routine maintenance on my air conditioning unit. He ensured that he explained everything about the inspection process and assured me that everything was running smoothly, except for a possible issue with one of the fans. Contrary to my previous experience with another company, where the technicians tried to coerce me into buying replacement units at every opportunity, Manny did not exert any such pressure on me. After receiving a quote of $4500 from One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating, we sought a second opinion to confirm if our duct work truly required the repair. Thankfully, we were able to contact Manny who promptly arrived and verified our suspicions - a simple cleaning costing only $400 would suffice. While this was not in his area of expertise, Manny kindly referred us to three other companies that could complete the necessary work and did not charge for his visit. We can attest that Manny embodies professionalism, promptness, and honesty, making him a rare and valuable asset.
