I was asked to pay before the completion of the project. I agreed to pay in advance, assuming that we would be able to stay in touch. However, the individual took my payment through Zelle and then blocked me when I tried to follow up. They refused to use the payment for a different project and I consider this to be poor business practice. I do not recommend them.
