Bartley carried out a remodel of 2 rental properties on my behalf, which involved fitting new kitchen cabinets and bath vanities. He also removed a tub and constructed a shower, as well as undertaking tile work in the other bathroom where the tub was retained. In addition, he installed ceiling fans, light fixtures, and an over-range microwave while also creating new doors. Bartley's work was efficient, although there were some minor issues with the positioning of a few lights, which he quickly and courteously adjusted upon my drawing them to his attention. Overall, he was professional and easy to collaborate with, and I would not hesitate to work with him again in the future. --Richard
